Here depicted are the Snow Queen and little Kay, characters from Hans Christian Andersen's "The Snow Queen". Wonderful tale about the power of love.
This piece was painted with Prismacolor Markers, cold grays 10, 20, 30, 50 and 70% for the Queen, grays 20 and 50% for little Kay. Oh, and a black sharpie for the background. Lines are made with ink.

Beautiful. i can give your cats my eyes, i don't need them after this, and people always say I have nice eyes, so i hope they will have fun. I love her look, strict and cold yet sorrowfull and subtle hints of love there. I think she is better as this True Neutral at best or just something that mortal mind can't comprehend.
